At TYM ( Unit Of THE WONDER METALS ), each of our products is thoughtfully handcrafted with love by artisans across India. These items are not machine-made or mass-produced but are created using natural materials and traditional techniques, making every piece unique. This means there might be occasional delays or challenges in production and delivery.

We are committed to delivering your new utensils after they have been carefully finished, thoroughly quality-checked, and securely packaged. You will receive updates throughout the process, and we’ll address any challenges promptly. Your new utensils are a reflection of the dedication and skill of our talented artisans.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with the tracking AWB number. You can click on it to track the location of your package.

We ship to all locations served by Shipway. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including a valid zip code and mobile number, to ensure smooth delivery.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us and canceled.

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If this happens, please don’t worry; feel free to contact us for updates on your shipment.

For residences or offices on the ground floor, products will be delivered to your doorstep.

Shipping Charges:

  • All domestic prepaid orders include free shipping.
  • For COD orders, a nominal charge of ₹200 will apply.

Please note:

  • Any size issues (e.g., the product received is smaller or larger than the image shown on the website) are not covered under the return policy.
  • As our products are handmade, minor variations in weight (as mentioned on the website) will be considered acceptable.
  • Some products may have stamps other than the TYM logo at the bottom, as our raw materials (e.g., brass or copper sheets) may occasionally bear these stamps.
  • Any dents, major scratches, or wrong products received are covered under the return policy and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

Return Policy

At TYM ( Unit Of THE WONDER METALS ), our handcrafted products reflect the skill and effort of talented Indian artisans. Because of their unique nature, we request you to carefully read the product descriptions before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges:

If you are dissatisfied with your order, we accept returns orders within 3 days of delivery, provided the products are unused. Refunds will be issued as credit notes or replacements.

For damaged products:

Please send us an unboxing video or photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product at no additional cost.

Conveyance/Handling Charges:

No conveyance, postage, or handling charges are payable by the customer.

Delivery Timeline:

As all our products are handcrafted, the processing time is typically 2-3 working days. Most orders will reach you within 4-7 days.

In case the product is out of stock, the delivery period may extend to 25 days.
